Introduction: 6 Ingredient Late Nite Munchie Nachos
Well, as I write this sentence it is 12:19 here in Louisville, and I was a little hungry. So I made myself some black bean salsa. Yum! The salsa was only four ingredients:
1-15 oz. can of black beans
1- 15 1/4 oz. can of whole kernel corn
1/3 of a tomato (diced) You can use more if you like more, but I don't like a lot of tomato
and chili powder to taste (I used about 2 tsp-1 tbsp)
Now all you have to do is mix it all together and it is great on the nachos :)
For the nachos I put some tortilla chips on a plate (duh!:) and added my salsa and some cheese on top. Put them in the microwave for 30 seconds and they were so good! Not bad for about 10 minutes work! Now I have the salsa made to really make them fast to make! Have fun! :)

Back in the day... when I was a party-animal-bajablue... I had CrAzY fun creating snacks at 2 am.
The problem is I don't remember any of it! lol.... my friends and I didn't starve to death, though. ;-)
