A Bottle of Sand

My sister took me to the beach for the first time since I was 2 years old and I wanted to take some of it back home with me. So, simply put, I got a glass bottle and put some sand from the beach in it. After adding a shell and some brown cotton string it still didn't speak of where it was from. So, with a resonance to a message in a bottle, I rolled paper into a tight roll and cut it to the correct length. Then, using a permanent marker, I wrote the name of the beach and the year. It works as a great gift, as this bottle of Tybee Sand will be a present for my niece.
