Introduction: A World of Change
This 3D printed Christmas ornament is a symbol of global progress accomplished by individual actions. The message at the bottom reads “small change can make a world of difference”, reminding us that each one of us can make a positive impact on the world.
Although our actions at the election booth, donating a few dollars to our causes, or volunteering at a shelter may seem like a tiny drop in the bucket of global issues, the positive change made by millions of others, just like you, is the force of progress in our world.
Step 1: Print
With the attached STL file, print the model.
You can print it with a 3D printer you may have at home or use a service like Shapeways to print the model for you. The dimensions of the ornament are: 2.1" w x 4.0" d x 2.2" h

Step 2: Place on Christmas Tree
Hang a small metal ring on your christmas tree. Place the metal ring into the slit on top of the globe and twist 90 degrees so that the ring is perpendicular to the slit. The metal ring should be less than 1" radius.
Step 3: Enjoy
In our connected lives, we are now more connected to each other then ever before.
The power to positively influence millions of people is available to each one of us and as the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue once said: "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek."
