IN THIS INSTRUCTABLE WE MADE ACRYLIC LASER ETCHED IMAGE LED FRAME WITH DIFFERENT LIGHT COMBINATIONS.

THIS IS MY IMAGE FOR ETCHING ON ACRYLIC.

THIS IS MY FIRST TRY ,SO I MAKE SMALLER AS POSSIBLE.

Step 1: USE ACRYLIC PIECE

FIRST STEP IS TO USE LASER MACHINE FOR ETCHING OPERATION ON ACRYLIC.

USING ETCHING OPERATION WE ETCH OUR IMAGE FILE ON WOOD,ACRYLIC,MDF.

FIRST SELECT FILE FOR ETCHING AND GIVE ACRYLIC TO ETCH IMAGE TO LASER CUTTING.

IF YOU HAVE OWN USE 10 POWER AND 150mm/sec SPEED.

Step 2: CIRCUIT

USED MATERIAL.

1>PAPER A4 SIZE

2>CIRCUIT BOARD

3>SOLDIER ION AND WIRE

4>COPPER WIRE (20 CM)

5>JUMPER WIRE (4 NOS.).

6> 4 RGB LED’S & INPUT FEMALE PIN

WITH USE OF SOLDIER AND CIRCUIT BOARD SET PARALLEL WIRING OF LED’S.USE COPPER WIRE AS JUMPER.(SEE IMAGE).

Step 3: USE OF TAP

· USE TAP FOR JOIN PAPER AND ACRYLIC FIRST.

· CIRCUIT AND PAPER ALSO STICK USING TAP.

· LED INPUTS ARE AT RIGHT/LEFT SIDE.

USE TAP FOR JOIN SUPPORT (OPTIONAL).

Step 4: ARDUINO CODE

USE ARDUINO TO CONTROL THE RGB LED'S.

USE MY CODE OR MAKE NEW PATTERN CODE FOR DIFFERENT SHADES OF LIGHTS.

USE DIGITAL PIN 8,9,10 FOR R G B LIGHT PIN .

Step 5: FINAL PROTOTYPE

VIDEO OF WORKING LIGHT SHADES.
