Open the 'Documents and Settings' folder and unhide your folders by going to -
1. Tools (menu)
2. Folder Options(option)
3. View (tab)
4. Select the 'Show hidden files and folders' option
5. Click OK
Step 4: FOURTHLY
Open the sent to menu and add a shortcut by
1. Right Click anywhere exept the icons
2. Select New
3. Select Shortcut
Step 5: FIFTHLY
Once the window opens select Browse.
Step 6: SIXTHLY
Browse to the desired folder.
Step 7: SEVENTHLY
Click Finish and voila you added a option to the send to menu. Now you can go crazy transfering files without even switching windows.

I already signed up for a drivers' update program other than the one you are suggesting. That's the only reason I didn't sign up for Windows DriversUpdate.

If you think you may want to do this often, drag-and-drop your Send To folder onto the Task Bar (you can do that with any folder). Whenever you want to add a menu item just create the shortcut and drag-and-drop it there. For added fun, do this with a shortcut to the Send To folder itself. Rename it 'Menu Item'. But don't send anything but shortcuts to 'Menu Item' or you'll end up moving whole folders.

Great Instructable, I did it right away. Add a note to the instructable to look at lollerz comment if you use Vista. I forgot to read the comments before I went off to try the instructable and found the Sendto folder by doing an advanced search of the C drive including hidden and systems folders. What I found was the path lollerz copyed and pasted for us. Thanks Someone might be like me and forget to read the comments for additional info. Thanks to you both blckthng and lollerz. Also, while I was there, I deleted several short cuts that programs had installed in the Sendto folder that I never use. This shortens the Sendto menu and makes it more user friendly.

This will definitely help me out. I never knew you could add stuff to it. I already have AIM in there (send to AIM buddy), but I don't know how it gets programmed into that. Thanks for the Instructable! +1 rating. (added to favorites)
