Question 3 years ago on Step 1
I need help with this because I have followed everything to a "T" and I get a success confirmation, close everything and I still have a write protection on the USB. I have tried it on my PC and on my Laptop. The USB was created new on my Lap top while I was away on holidays and is mean for me to take the USB back home and transfer the files to my PC and I should be able to then delete the files from the USB as I do not want to have a duplicate copy. Let me know and I can send you screenshots.
Trying again and after select disk has been done with administrator privileges (as noted at the top of the screenshot), here is the "list volume" information in the screenshot.
Since this USB was created on a different device other than my PC and possible my Laptop and I am trying to work with on m PC I am wondering if that is what is making a difference. The USB was a new ONN device when I set it up.
