Supplies

Step 1: Axel Support

These parts are best but out on a CNC plasma cutter. All the files are included as well as one to one print outs of all the sheet metal parts that need to be cut out

Step 2: Frame

When welding the frame it can be very useful to build a jig to get all the measurements quickly.

*It is very important not to weld on the inside seam between the two rails. The heat will cause the two rails to bend inwards and make it so the seat post and pedal housing no longer fits between the rails.*

Step 3: Pedal Housing

The pedal bottom brackets can be purchased online with the threads already in them.

Step 4: Seat Post Receiver

Step 5: Seat and Back

Step 6: Hub Connector and Gear

It is best to have the cub connector on the wheel and axel before screwing the hub connector to the wheel. Weld the hub connector to the axel.

Step 7: Adding the Wheels

Step 8: Final Assembly
