Introduction: Air Fry T Bone
I love this Air fryer .
best idea ever .
Step 1: Rest
remove the steak from the fridge let set on counter for 30 minutes to warm up .
During this time I add my Dry Rub .
1/4 cup coffee ( Dark Roast)
2 table spoons brown sugar
Step 2: Preheat
preheat airfryer to 400 (F*) for 5 minutes .
I am using a pie tin for my pan to cook the steak in . it fits perfectly .
With temp set to 400(F*) cook on first side for 4 minutes.
about 2 minutes into it i added a Pat of butter for fun .
flip it .
add one pat butter .
Cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Rest
after the time is up (7 minutes)
place on plate or grill to let cool for 4 minutes. this lets the juices flow thru out it .
Step 4: Yummy Goodness for Your Mouth ..
yeah its is pretty good , I like mine rare or just at medium rare . If you are going to ruin it by cooking it more then add the time at your own risk. or just go chew on a piece of leather boot .

I once did some electrical repairs on the building that contained Plaza II, an expensive restaurant on the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. (There is a confusion regarding the names. The "Plaza" is a shopping/drinking/eating area of Kansas City. "Plaza II" is a name of a restaurant located in the Plaza.) I had an opportunity to speak to the cooks while they were on their break.
Everything is al la carte. The porterhouse steak (by itself) is $52 USD (about 12 years ago). They marinate it is a solution for a long time, and the secret ingredient is salt and more salt.
I'm reporting this here because that ingredient isn't mentioned above. I don't know about this coffee stuff.

I dont eat salt often , I just prefer not too, at times i will *Dash* a bit of salt on something , but very rarely . with this cook itself there is no salt . just the coffee and it made a reasonable hard shell for the crust . I might try to ad a pinch of salt next time to see how it goes .
