Hey there, try zapping the onions in the microwave for 30 seconds, that will take the sting out. let me know how it goes if you decide to try it out. Take Cake

Awesome, I will try that next time! I made a quiche a few weeks ago and I was crying so much that I had to make my roommate cook the onion for me while I went and washed my eyes out, haha.
