Introduction: Altaar Ascii
Altaar Ascii is an interactive installation that combine a totemic sculpture
with light projections and an interactive audio loop. The sonor cloud sizzles and gets deaper as the totem breath the light in and out, bringing the whole space from light to darkness.
The sculpture is made of painted wood and extruded polystyrene foam, cut with Cnc (for the bird) and various woodworking saws (the elephant and the black sun).
The video stream is created using Adobe After Effect, and the the mapped projection is setup using MadMapper.
The interactive audio loop is created matching PureData with a little webcam, using luminosity as a variating input for the sound.

This is a really cool art display! Just for reference if you would like to break down the steps into written instructions and add some progress/step photos so that others can replicate your projects then it will receive more attention from the community and be possible to be featured on the site. https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Create-a-Fe...

Hi Swan,
You are right, after making this post I realised it was'nt really what was expected on this website. Since it is an old project, I don't really have more progress/step pictures to show for axept the video I posted, but I'll make sure I'll break it down for further posts.
