You'll need:

• 3mm aluminum
• Tools:
  • V-bit for the carvings
  • Single flute end mill for the rest
• Maybe some cutting fluid if your aluminum is soft and tends to clog the tool
• Saw blade
• File
• Spray paint
• Some sanding paper
