Feel free to check out all my other instructables. :)

If you have any questions or comments put them down below and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Follow the easy steps below or watch the short video tutorial, or do both. :)

Step 1: Ingredients

You can print the recipe here on my website.

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup of mayonaise
  • 1 Tbsp. of milk (1%, 2%, Whole)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika (then use more for dusting the tops)
  • pinch of ground pepper
  • pinch of garlic powder

Step 2: Prep the Hard-Boiled Eggs

First we need to prep our hard boiled eggs, which you should make ahead of time. If you don't know how to make hard boiled eggs, you can follow this easy instructable:

https://www.instructables.com/id/Easy-Hard-Boiled-...

Let's go ahead and cut the eggs lengthwise, then carefully remove the yolks and place in a bowl. We don't want to damage our egg whites.

Step 3: Add and Mix

Now it is very easy we just take the rest of the ingredients and add them to the egg yolks and using a fork mix them all together. You could use an electric mixer too if you want. Also you may want to smash up the egg yolks by themselves first before adding the other ingredients. Keep mixing until you get your desired smoothness.

Step 4: Fill and Garnish

Now just fill up the egg whites using a spoon or piping bag. Then dust with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap or put in a Tupperware, and place in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!

Step 5: Video Tutorial

Print the recipe here if you like.

Now check out those steps in action by watching the video tutorial. :)
