First get 2 13 pieces of Lego

STEP 2: Add Wheels

Then add wheels to it

STEP 3: Floor

Get a 4x8 price of Lego then add two pieces of 4 Lego bits

STEP 4: Then Add the Rest

Add the rest p.s you don't have to make it exactly the same
