Introduction: American Apple Pie Frozen Yogurt
I used two pounds of Vanilla Chobani Greek Yogurt to make a frozen yogurt, after adding in some apples I made a graham cracker crumble to pair with the frozen yogurt to resemble apple pie. I hope you all enjoy the video for This Frozen Tundra of deliciousness.
Step 1: Ingredients
3/4 Cups Sugar
3/4 cups Water
4 Cinnamon Sticks
4 Apples
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
¼ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
3/4 Cups Corn Syrup
2 Pounds Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Step 2: Instructions
Bring the sugar, water, cinnamon and apples to a boil.
Turn the heat off as soon as this mixture boils.
Stir in the corn syrup, kosher salt, and vanilla extract.
Cool over night to allow it solidify.
Remove the cinnamon and add the yogurt.
Blend until the yogurt and apples are completely pureed.
Freeze.
Step 3: Pie Crust
Mix melted butter with dark brown sugar.
Crumble two pieces of graham crackers and mix in the butter.
Mix well, until moist.
Squeeze the mixture into balls.
