Cthulhu is a fictional cosmic entity who first appeared in the short story "The Call of Cthulhu", published in the pulp magazine Weird Tales in 1928. The character was created by writer H. P. Lovecraft.

Fasten off. Leave a long tail for attaching. Stuff with polyester filling. Set aside.

Step 4: Wings and Eyes

Wings  x2 (green yarn):

CH 7, Turn 1 SC in each of next 6 CH
CH 1, turn 6 SC
CH 6, Turn. 3 SC on chain, DEC to end of row
CH 1, turn 6 SC
CH 7, 4 SC in chain, DEC to end of row.
CH 1, turn. 7 SC
CH 7, 4 sc in chain, DEC to end of row.
CH 1, turn. 8 SC
CH 7, 4 SC in chain, DEC to end of row
CH 1, turn. 9 SC
CH 7, 2 SC in chain DEC to end of row.
CH 3, DEC along top edge.
Fasten off. Leave a long tail for attaching. Set aside.

Eyes x2 (black thread):

R1: 6 SC into ring (6 SC)
R2: 2-SC INC around (12 SC)
R3: *SC 1, 2-SC INC into next SC * around. (18 SC)
Fasten off. Leave a long tail for attaching. Set aside.

Step 5: Assembly

Assembly:
Using the long tail attach the head to the top of the body. Attach arms to the sides of the body and legs to the bottom. Attach wings to the back of the body and eyes to the front of the head.
