Today we will be making one of the game characters from the game Among Us! It’s very quick and easy and lots of fun!

Supplies

You will need
- cardboard
-scissors
Hot glue gun
Paint
Paint brush
Newspaper
Among us character template (of your choice)
X-acto knife
Glue
Pencil

Step 1: Step 1: Start With the Template

Grab your preferred amoung us character template and trace it onto a slab of cardboard with your pencil.

Step 2: Step 2: Cut It Out

Hold two pieces of cardboard together back to back, with the one you trace on on top for your guide, and cut around the tracing of your character. You should finish with two (or a front and back) of your character.

Step 3: Step 3: Cutting the Slabs

Next, cut 4 2.5 by 8 inch slabs of cardboard out. Then, take your x-a to knife and cut little line throughout the slab to make it bendy (make sure not to Pierce it through). Bend the slabs some so they can’t be flexible.

Step 4: Step 4

Next, take one of your character pieces and glue hot glue around the border of it. Then, glue your slabs onto the borders of your amoung us character where you put the hot glue. You can’t choose to cut the slabs into smaller pieces so it can be easier to glue on, or you can glue the slab on at once.

Step 5: Step 5

After you glue on your slabs to the first character piece, glue the second one on top making a closed shape.

Step 6: Step 6

Grab all your newspaper and rip them in strips. Then put your first layer of glue on top of your character and place the newspaper strips on top. Make sure they are all laid down, then add your next layer of glue on to of the stops to hold them down in place and wait for it to dry completely.

Step 7: Step 7

After its all dried, go over your entire character with white paint. Next, add black paint to the edges of your character (making the lines thicker where ever the need to be DEPENDING ON THE CHARACTER YOU CHOSE). Then, then paint your character the way the character that you chose looks like.

Step 8: Step 8

Oh the side of your character, paint that entire outline black. Leave the back, it doesn’t need to be painted, but you can just paint it the color of your character if you want.
