Intro: Angle Adjustable Laptop PC Stand

This instructions shows how to develop an angle adjustable laptop PC stand made by MDF.
If Laser cutting systems available, you can make this within 30 minutes. It is really easy.

That can change laptop angle 3way (10degree,13degree,15degree)

I intended to use Macbook 15inch to define its size.

STEP 1: Step 1: Material Preparation

Materials you should prepare are following:

Please refer the hinge drawing to get similar hinge.

You should not use long screws since that will make scratch on your desk and PC!

STEP 2: Step2: MDF Material Cutting and Polishing

Download the AI data to cut the MDF.

(We are using Trotec laser cutting system)

If you can polish the edge of MDF parts by using electrical thunder,

it will be more helpful for making beautiful one.

STEP 3: Step:3 Assemble the MDF Parts

Next is assembling MDF parts.

You should have 4 kind of MDF parts.(bottom panel, front panel,rear panel and small rear guard parts).

Following shows the process to assemble each boards.

1.assemble bottom panel ,front panel and rear panel by hinge like picture.

2.rotate them.

3.assemble small rear guard parts and 2 by bond.

Then you will finish to assemble completely.

An extremely strong laser that moves back and forth to cut stuff (Like a CNC, but with a laser and not a router - Google it).
