Embossing is the process of creating a three dimensional effect on materials such as metal sheet .This effect is achieved with the little effort .This is my one of the best work of art .I made it for my room decoration .Feel free to ask any question or suggestion .

Step 1: Guitar Making

This time i tried to make Antique metal embossed guitar . For this i used PVC panel of 21 x 20 inch as frame .Draw sketch on paper . Cut thermocol sheet as required shape , cover it with hard chart paper like i did .

Step 2: Cutting & Embossing on Aluminium

Take aluminium sheet & cut it ,take embossing tool and make design on sheet.But you emboss on back side of sheet as i did.

Step 3: Base Making

For making design on base i used metal rod for little strike on aluminium sheet. for frame i used plastic length ,cut it for required length .Spray copper color on plastic length ,now apply black color on base . champagne oil paint apply on base sheet. Now wipe it with Kerosene oil .Color the guitar with same base color .After drying the color apply copper color on guitar ,you have to apply copper color on edges Use golden wire for string .After fixing my project is ready .
