Introduction: Apple Pie Post Stickers! Yummmm

I wanted to make something yummy with pot sticker wrappers that I purchased at my local Ralphs and then I got inspired by a picture of some mini apple pies and Viola bite size (okay a couple of bites) yum and easy to do, which makes this a winner in my busy life.  These were gone as soon as they cooled down so beware, make a lot if you want them to last!

Step 1: Getting Started

Next you need to grab your apples, I used the organic gala apples I had on hand.  I cut up 2 apples into very small chunks.  Then I added a 1/4 cup of organic sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and mixed it up well to evenly coat all the little chunks.

Step 2: Assembly Time

Now you get out the pot sticker wrappers and get the fun underway.  Take a small teaspoon of apple mixture and put on pot sticker wrappers, moisten edges with water and fold over and press ends together.

Step 3: Fry Time

Your oil should be hot by now, but hopefully not too hot!!!  I just used Vegetable Oil because that is what I had on hand so use what you want, as long as you know the taste will be compatible.  It doesn't take long so keep an eye on the pot stickers, they need to be turned over part way through and then laid out on a rack to cool.  I put a paper towel under the rack to catch drips.  Do not put them straight onto the paper towel because they will stick.

Step 4: Last Step

As they come out of the oil, sprinkle with sugar.  The oil that is on them helps the sugar stick.  Now all that is left is to enjoy!!!
