Arc Reactor Model Powered by Solar Energy

These are steps of how to make a model of Arc Reactor powered by solar energy.

Step 1: Preparation 准备

Materials that we needs : copper wire , electric iron , pinchers , gloves , giue , LEDs , Acrylic glass , sand paper , and solar cells

需要的材料：铜导线、电烙铁、钳子、手套、胶水、LED灯、亚克力板、砂纸和太阳能电池板

Scour off the membrane for protection on the Acrylic glass .

洗去亚克力面板上用于保护的膜

Step 2: Burnish

Use the sand paper to burnish the clean Acrylic glass to make it looks better .

用砂纸去打磨已经清洗过的亚克力面板从而使它看上去更好

Step 3: Stick Them Togther

Stick the small pieces of Acrylic glass on the circular Acrylic glass.

把小片的亚克力面板粘到圆环状的亚克力面板上。

Step 4: Stick Them Togeter Again ! !

Stick the linear Acrylic glass on the small transparent circular Acrylic glass , one by one .

将线状的亚克力面板粘到透明的小块圆形亚克力面板上，一个接一个。

Step 5: The Energy Ring

Put the iron ring inside the circular Acrylic glass .

将铁环放置到圆环状的亚克力面板里。

Stick them togeter using the glue .

用胶水将它们固定到一起。

Step 6: The Border

Folding the small piece of Acrylic glass into a right angle . (At HIGH temperature)

将小块的亚克力面板折叠形成一个直角。（在较高的温度下进行）

Place these right angles on the border of the big circular Acrylic glass.

将这些小的直角放置到大的圆环状的亚克力面板上。

Step 7: The Main Part

Stick the energy ring on the circular Acrylic glass.

Step 8: The Bottom

Use the electric iron to make two holes at the bottom .

用电烙铁在尾部打出两个小洞。

Pass the copper wire through these two holes .

将童导线传过这两个小洞。

Step 9: Lighting Units

place the LEDs into the holes on the Acrylic cylinder.

把LED灯放置到亚克力圆柱上的小洞里去。

Use electric iron connect the copper wire with one of the LED light.

用电烙铁将铜导线和LED灯焊接起来。

Step 10: Welding

Use the copper wires to connect each LED light .

用铜导线将LED灯串联起来。

Step 11: Bigger Light Unit

Place the LED lights into the holes of circular Acrylic glass , one by one .

将LED灯放置到圆环状的亚克力面板上的小洞里，一个接一个。

Step 12: Solar Cell

Connect the light units with the solar cells using the copper wires .

用铜导线将太阳能电池板与LED灯连接起来。

Step 13: Recharge

Put the solar cells under the sunshine for a while .

将太阳能电池板放在阳光下一会。

Step 14: Final

Turn on the switch .

打开开关。

The "Arc reactor" start to work ! !
