Ge tired of hearing "Are we there yet?" or "How long until we are there?" 

Step 1: Here You Go

As we are leaving the house, we hand each child 5 or 10 one dollar bills. 

Step 2: Show Me the Money

We tell them each time they ask us one of those two questions (or something just like it), they owe us a dollar. 

Step 3: Pick a Prize

Whatever they have left at the end of the trip, they can spend on something special at our destination.
