Introduction: Asian Pakora Snack
so I am going to make this most loved Pakistani recipe
Step 1: INGREDIENTS
Eggplant: 01 medium size
Potato: 01 Large
Green Chilies: 07 (2 finely chopped/ 5 sliced in half)
Green onion: 01
Cabbage: 1l6 of a flower
White onion: 1/2
Spinach: 7 leaves
Fresh coriander:
Gram flour: 200 gram
Cayenne pepper: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Cumin: 1 teaspoon (grounded)
Coriander seeds: 1 teaspoon (grounded)
Celery: 1/2 teaspoon
Step 2:
Make medium thickness slices of eggplant and potato and dip them in cold water so that they do not turn black
Step 3:

Slice green chilies in half and fill with celery and salt mixture
Step 5:
Finely chop fresh coriander, cabbage, green onion, onion, green chilies and spinach
