Intro: Asian Roll in a Bowl
One pot, a few ingredients, and so much flavor. Not only is this easy to make and easy to clean-up, but it is also low carb friendly. With veggies and meat, this one pot recipe is a full meal that every family member is sure to enjoy.
STEP 1: Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Pork
1/2 A Head of Purple Cabbage
1/2 A Head of Green Cabbage
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1/2 tbsp Ground Ginger
Green Onions, Red Pepper Flakes, Sesame Seeds (Optional)
STEP 2: Prep the Veggies.
Julienne cabbage and mince garlic.
STEP 3: Brown Ground Pork.
You could also use ground beef, turkey, or chicken. You do not need to drain the grease.
STEP 4: Add Cabbage, Carrots, and Garlic to Pork.
Cook mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
STEP 5: Add Sauce to Pot.
Mix together ground ginger, soy sauce, and teriyaki. Add to cabbage mixture.
STEP 6: Remove From Heat. Enjoy!
This recipe makes 4 servings. Once plated, add optional toppings such as green onions, sesame seeds, or red pepper flakes.

What a great idea, I can't rate the recipe as I'll be making the aforementioned changes. But that's my problem. This is fabulous!!! Thanks.
I've been in the kitchen for work, home, play over 38 years. I hadn't tried eggroll making, so here I go. This is a keeper for our house. Woo Hoo.
