Step 1: Prepare Waterjet File for Joints

Design and prepare water jet file for steel joints

Step 2: Cut and Assemble

1. Cut your 12" steel tubes

2. Drill holes into Steel tubes

3. Assemble pieces to make sure parts fit

Step 3: Weld

Plug weld the hole that was drilled

Step 4: Grinding

Grind the weld protruding from the steel tube

Step 5: Assemble

Assemble all parts of your design
