Step 1: Avocado Feta Dip
I call this dip recipe an “about” dip. There aren’t exact measurements because you use about half a tomato, about 2 Tbsp of cheese… You get the picture.
note: if you are serving a large group of people, double or triple the recipe.
Ingredients
1 medium avocado, peeled and deseeded, chopped in to small bite size pieces
about half of a large tomato, chopped in to bite size pieces
about 1/4 red onion, chopped fine
about 2 Tbsp feta cheese, crumbled fine
Juice of half a lemon (about a Tbsp)
