First create a can any way you want

Step 2: Bouncer

Create or buy a confetti bouncer

Step 3: The Lid

Create a lid to fit the can

Step 4: The Prank

Put the confetti bouncer in the can and put the lid on.

Step 5: Setting It Up

Put the container on a kitchen counter

Step 6: Finish
