Introduction: Awesome Sauce (for All Food)
Want to make everything more savory? How's that food from the school cafeteria; causing depression and diarrhea at the same time, no doubt. I just invented a sauce that complements every food group and makes it taste amazing. This recipe is enough for 1 steak, 1 chicken breast, 1 large bowl of salad, 2 burritos, or 1 party bag of potato chips. It's so good that it replaces ketchup on burgers. It trumps cocktail sauce. It is the perfect marinade. Who needs ranch dip! Put it on cafeteria food! Put it on amazing expensive meats! Ramen noodles! Pizza! Even on candy??...... yes, on candy too.
You need:
BBQ sauce
Steak sauce
Ketchup
Yellow mustard
Sriracha
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Basil
Step 1: Base Sauce
What I had on hand at the time was a tub of BBQ sauce I got from a fast food restaurant. Any will do. I think the amount is about 1 fluid ounce. Squeeze it into the mixing bowl and add 1/2 as much steak sauce (by volume). Add an amount of ketchup equal to the amount of steak sauce.
Add as much additional ketchup as you want if you're not fond of how acrid BBQ sauce is
Step 2: Flavor Enlargement
To the base sauce, add:
5 drops of yellow mustard
6 drops of sriracha
A dash of garlic powder
A dash of black pepper
A pinch of basil
If you want it spicy, mix in a pinch of pepper flakes and let it sit for an hour
Then mix it all up and you have the perfect sauce with the right amount of savory, salty, tangy, spicy (not hot), and aromatics.

Why the hell not. I put this stuff on my burgers anyway. I might add some oil and emulsify, but that's just my ugly arse. PRESTO, DUDE.

Nice. What is Sriracha?

Sriracha is only the most flavorful hotsauce you can buy at the grocery store. It's an asian sauce that kinda tastes like onions, garlic, and peppers, but there's not too much vinegar in it like in Tobasco

Oooo sounds delicious, and I bet it would be alright on candy... although I might have to be in a strange mood. Thanks for sharing!
