Introduction: BEING TEACHER.......

About: CRAFTSMAN
Hi guys,
In this instructables I'll teach with you, how teachers do classroom organization with the the help of students.
Fear not, you (teachers) are not definitely alone in your classroom, while some people are blessed with an innate knowledge of how to organize their daily events, many of us have to be taught or shown how to do so.
While there are many ideas on how to organize, the act of organization is a personal endeavour.
So, always remember YOUR CLASSROOM IS A REFLECTION OF YOU (teachers and students).

HERE ARE 3 IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER WHEN ORGANIZING YOUR CLASSROOM ;
1) Create a positive and safe environment for your students,
2) Create an environment that will maximize learning,
3) Create an environment that will minimize the frequency of behaviour problems.

Supplies

1) Bins
2) shelves
3) effective students
4) effective teachers
5) classrooms
6) basic craft materials.

Step 1: DESK ARRANGEMENT

When you think about classroom organization, the first thing comes in our mind is DESK ARRANGEMENTS.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER WHEN ORGANIZING YOUR DESK ARRANGEMENT:
• Observe how other teachers have arranged their classrooms that best suits your needs and goals.
• Desks or tables might be arranged in one of the ways,
1) Half-circles with front and back row,
2) In a group of four or five,
3) chairs lined up, one behind the others(the traditional way).
• arrange your room, so you can eye contact with all your students,
• arrange your desks so that the student's attention is on your teaching,
• Make sure that each student is able to see blackboards and other models of visuals,
• Desks should not be placed in front of windows, the glare can be disturbing and difficult on the eyes,
• Students need to have easy access to materials that will be used frequently,
• Students should be able to find their work easily and quickly to promote learning.
Remember these points while arranging your classroom desks.
My classroom is a primary school classroom, so there is no availability of desks.

Step 2: PREPARE BLACKBOARDS AT START OF THE DAY

Blackboards are medium to teachers and students so at every start of the day, get prepare blackboards with any of motivational thoughts in the middle, students present on that day is in one corner and that's the date is in another corner is gives a professional organization looking to your classroom.
Always clean the blackboards at each end of the class complete.

Step 3: SHELVES

After some time a teacher is to accumulate gifts, mementoes and records of students, shelves help to hold up those things, wall mounted shelves (built or bought) save a lot of space in the classroom and also keeps your student's records out of many curious.

Step 4: BINS

You can find small bins hold a few pencils, large bins can hold a few books and papers, using the bins is a classical method while in classroom organization, utilize these bins and be held in shelves or in teacher desk drawers.

Step 5: CLASSROOM ATMOSPHERE MAINTANENCE

Always have an eye on classroom electrical equipment like fans, light, computers, and furniture equipment like windows and doors, if any problems or difficulties with them, don't compromise with them to change it. Because of students safety is the first thing.

Step 6: CLASSROOM CLEANING MATERIALS MAINTANENCE

Maintain classroom cleaning things like a broomstick, dust pins at easily handling place at the classrooms one corner gives a pleasant look to your classrooms.

Step 7: TEACHING LEARNING MATERIALS (TLM)

Teaching Learning Material is a classroom activity of educational materials that teachers use in the classroom to support specific learning objectives, as set out in lessons plans, these can be in games, videos, flashcards, project supplies....... Etc.
Classroom teaching uses only a teacher lecturing in the class, perhaps writing on the blackboard is the perfect classic example of not using any TLM. TLM can greatly assist students in the learning process. EXAMPLES TO TLM:
Storybooks,
Videos of related lesson plans,
Games,
Flashcards,
Model clay,
Overhead projector transparencies,
Computer software and apps
Visual aids.

Step 8: SPORTS ACTIVITIES

This is not a classroom activity, but sports lead classroom activities as better with students happy.

Step 9: EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

This is also not a part of classroom activity but like sports, it also leads the classroom activities as wealthy.
Allow students to do in their way in singing, dancing, painting and drawing gives an excess concentration on their studies.
Don't force up students to do your wishlist.

Step 10: STUDENTS-TEACHERS ROUTINE

It is no secret that a routine is the best course of action when it becomes too managing and organizing the classroom, teachers have many able-bodied and willing students that want to help, so enlist them, they can help to put all over things you to clean up areas, and wipe the boards clean.
The most important thing is motivating, motivate students every small action, they become happier and to do the next action as more freshness.
