These little Bird houses are simple and fun to make. Most of the supplies can be found in your home.. ......They are a great way to store plastic bags and make cute gifts.

Step 1: GATHER SUPPLIES

SUPPLIES

1. Empty food carton

2. wrapping paper

3. spray glue

4. Scissors

5. Ruler

6 Hot glue sticks

7. Decorations - lace, ribbon, flowers, etc.

Step 2: MAKE PEAK FOR ROOF TOP

PEAK ON BIRD HOUSE

1. Measure 2 inch's from top of box down and measure to middle of front of box

2. Draw a line from the top middle line to the 2 inch line outside edge of box.

3. Cut off edges to form a triangle in middle of box top

Step 3: FRONT OF BIRD HOUSE

Your box should look like this.

Step 4: MAKE BIRD HOUSE DOOR

Find a circular object to use as a guide to make the bird door.

Place in middle of box and draw line around object

Step 5: CUT BIRD HOUSE DOOR

Cut bird door out

Step 6: WRAP PAPER AROUND BIRD HOUSE

Spay glue entire box

Wrap entire box in wrapping paper of choice

Step 7: WRAPPING BIRD HOUSE IN PAPER

Fold edges inside box

Use cloths pins or clamps to hold edges

Let glue dry

Step 8: MAKING BIRD HOUSE DOOR

Cut slits across bird door

Spray glue inside of box around bird door

Fold wrapping paper inside and secure with cloths pins until dry

Step 9: BIRD HOUSE ROOF

Cut roof to desired size leaving over hang on both sides of bird house and front of box

Step 10: BIRD HOUSE ROOF

Spay glue to both sides of roof

Wrap both sides of the roof in wrapping paper

Let dry

Step 11: Decorate Bird House

You can decorate your bird house with lace, ribbon. flowers, buttons, etc

To hold the roof on, place hot glue around edge of box top and place roof on House.
