Introduction: BLUE LED DECK LIGHTS

Rebuilt deck and wanted to install deck lights to give it the up to date look and also be able to the see the steps at night. This turn out a lot better than I thought it would and thanks to beedee2.

Step 1: DECK BLUE LED LIGHTS

I used 40 (1 - Little Dot SMD LED Accent Light) from superbrightleds.com.

Step 2:

For my power I used a Portfolio outdoor 120-Watt Magneric Power Pack that is made for 12volt Led`s from lowes.

Step 3: LED LIGHTS

Two days to complete.1) I drill holes for where I wanted to install the Led`s. 2) I wired the lights together making sure I had Pos. and Neg. wires connected properly. 3) Installed Power Pack and tested lights. After testing I used a glue gun to install the lights on the deck. I ordered extra Led Light just in case one goes out, but after 3 months no problem

I spent around $250.00: 100 Little Dot SMD LED Accent Lights @$1.59. Power Pack $47.00. Instead of glue I use a staple gun to hold the lights in place. If you need any help let me know I will be glad to try and help. Let me know how it goes. Just takes a little time and save a lot of money. Good luck. Send some pics....
