You like to eat food and instead of using a napkin, you lick your fingers? Will we have the food for you then. Bacon Wrapped Green Beans and Brown Sugar Finger Wings, both finger licking good. Both of these recipes are good for cooking up as appetizers, when watching the football game or just having dinner guests over.

Green beans contain healthy amounts of minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and potassium, which are very
essential for body metabolism. Green beans also contain vitamin-B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B-1, (thiamin ), and vitamin-C. Eating foods rich in vitamin C helps the body develop resistance against infectious agents and harmful oxygen-free radicals.

Baked chicken and in this case chicken wings,serves as an excellent source of high-quality protein, with 27.3 gram per serving. Our diet requires about 50 gram of protein each day. 

Chicken has 52.5 mgs of niacin which is 60% of the our daily need. The niacin in baked chicken helps to improve your body's circulation and ability to make hormones. Chicken also has 42.1% of the daily recommended amount of selenium. Selenium works with CoQ10 in giving energy to the heart so it keeps pumping.
