Introduction: Baked Beans Stuffed Meatloaf With Vegetables Recipe



1000g minced meat

500g carrots

1 can baked beans

250g paprika slices

150g breadcrumbs

100g silver onions

3 onions
2 eggs

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 spoons oil

Step 1: Preparation

Scatter one teaspoon salt & pepper to the meat and 2 teaspoons paprika. Add breadcrumbs and both eggs. Now mix everything together and shape it on a piece of baking paper. Place the baked beans on top and form a roll with nice closed ends. Place the roll on an oven plate.

Step 2: The Vegetables

Clean the carrots and cut them in slices. Cut the onions in half moons. Put the carrot and paprika slices in a bowl. Add silver onions and the chopped onions. Scatter 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper & 1 teaspoon paprika to it. Now add 2 spoons oil and mix everything together.

Step 3:

Place the vegetables on the oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. Mix the vegetables every 15 minutes and let it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Now its time to grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
