- Open chicken breast as much with your hands

- Pound chicken with a mallet or anything that can flatten the chicken

- Before pounding the chicken, Put it in a bag so it limits the mess

Step 2: Layer of Chicken

- Once chicken is flattened, take it out of the bag then lay it on the cutting board

-Take 2 slices of ham, and lay it flat on top of the chicken

- Followed by 2 slices of cheese

Step 3: Roll Up Chicken

Once the cheese and ham are on the chicken, roll it up nice and tight

Optional: Put toothpicks in to secure everything in place

Step 4: Bread Chicken

Once oven is heated up to 400 degrees, place chicken in oven and cook for 35 minutes

Make sure oven mitts are on so you do not burn yourself putting it in

Step 6: Final Product

Once cooked, Remove with oven mitts so you do not burn your hands

Dish meal on a plate and add your favorite side to it

In this case I added rice because who doesn't like rice and chicken.
