Introduction: Baked Potato Casserole

  • Serves About 8
  • Cook and Prep: 2-2.5 hours

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

  • 6-8 Potatoes
  • 1lb of Ham
  • 1 Large can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Frozen Broccoli
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 9x13 Pan and Aluminum Foil

Pre-Heat Oven/ Range to 350 degrees

Step 2: Potatoes and Soup

  • Peel 6-8 Potatoes
  • Dice up into about i 1 inch segments
  • Put in the Pan
  • Add Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Mix together

Step 3: Bake

  • 350 degrees
  • Cover with aluminum foil
  • Bake for 1 hour

Step 4: Ham and Broccoli

  • Cube up 1lb of Ham
  • After 1 hour add Ham and Frozen Broccoli
  • Bake again for 45 minutes

Step 5: Add Cheese

  • After 45 minutes add Cheese
  • Let it sit for 15 minutes

Step 6: Enjoy!

  • Once the cheese is melted, it's good to go!
