Introduction: Balado Eggs Special From INDONESIA

This is Balado eggs / Telur Balado

This recipe is one of Indonesian food. The food comes from PADANG,Indonesia. You can find this food in the Padang Restaurant on the side-side of Indonesian Road. The Padang Restaurant is the populer restaurant in my country.

The taste is spicy and tasty, you will be addictive with this food.

Ok Lets make It!

Step 1: You Need


- 4 Egg

- 3 Red Chilli

- 2 Garlic & 4 Onion

- 5 Candle nut

- 1/2 Tsp Salt

- 5 gram Flavoring (I use beef flavour)

- Vegetable Oil (customized)

- 1/2 Tsp Sugar

- 1sheet Bay leaf

- Water


- Saucepan

- Wooden Cutting Board

- Spoon

- Spatula

- Knife

- Pan

- Bowl

- Mortar and pestle or Blender

Step 2: Boil the Eggs and Peel the Eggs

Boil the eggs until cooked. Do not half done! :)

After the eggs cooked. Peel the eggs

Step 3: Grind the Ingredients With Mortar and Pestle or Blender

Grind this Ingredients:

- 3 Red Chilli

- 2 Garlic & 4 Onion

- 5 Candle nut

- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Step 4: Take Your Frypan, Fill With Vegetable Oil, and Fried the Eggs

Fry the egg with medium fire.

Fry until it looks cooked. do not too crunchy (look image 3)

Step 5: Lose a Little Oil and Input the Seasoning

Fry the seasoning and give :

- 1 sheet bay leaves

- Sugar

- Beef flavouring

- add some water

Fry the seasoning until thick and input the eggs.

fry a minute and voila, Its finished.

Put the Balado eggs into a bowl.

Step 6: Finish
