(1) Pinch The Balloon About 2 Inches From Where You Tied The Balloon Off And Start Twisting Your Pinch To Create The Nose
(2) After Creating The Nose, Make Another Pinch And Twist 2 Inches From The First Twist. (This Will Become an Ear)
(3) Fold The Balloon Together At The Second Twist. Then, At The First Twist , Grab And Twist Together (Creating The Second Ear And Base For The Neck)
