Balloon Ball

This is a ball that's made from tape and a balloon

Step 1: Blow It Up

Blow up a balloon the size you want your ball to be.

Step 2: Tape

Add a coat of one color tape then add other colors if you'd like.

Step 3: Have Fun

You can kick this thing , play volleyball,or just play around with it.
