Introduction: Banana Blueberry Muffins
I used to love making blueberry muffins. But one day, I thought "what could make these muffins more interesting?" I looked over and saw a bunch of overripe bananas, and the banana blueberry muffin was born. By far these are the best banana blueberry muffins you will ever taste. So lets get started!
Step 1: Ingredients
To make these muffins o' awesomeness, you will need.......
1 stick of butter (unsalted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 overripe bananas
1/2 cup yogurt (or sour cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2-2 cups of blueberries
Step 2: Wet Mixture
Mix the butter and sugar in an electric mixer. Once it's all fluffy, add the eggs, beating well.
Step 3: Dry Mixture
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Step 4: MASH 'EM UP!
Peel the bananas and put them in a bowl. use a fork (or whatever else) smash the bananas to a pulp! (or at least till it looks like the picture)
Step 5: Mix It All Toghether
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and blend well. Then add the bananas, yogurt, vanilla, and the blueberries.
Step 6: Bake
Stick it in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until they look done.
Step 7: Enjoy!
this step is pretty self explanatory.
