Introduction: Banana Bread Muffins
Banana bread muffins are a great way to incorporate fruit into your diet. While the vitamin C and fibers in bananas are lost in the baking process, bananas are still a great source of potassium and anti-oxidants. A sweet fruit, banana tastes great in bread. Banana bread is simple to make, and it tastes wonderful.
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
You will need:
3-4 Bananas Mashed
2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Step 2: Gather Cooking Equipment
You will need:
1 Mixing Spoon
2 Medium Bowls
1 Electric Mixer
1 Liquid Measuring Cup
Measuring Spoons
Dry Measuring Cups
Step 3: Preheat Oven to 350°
Step 4: Add Wet Ingredients
Combine bananas, eggs, oil, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Step 5: Sift Dry Ingredients
Use a sifter to remove large lumps from the dry ingredients.
Step 6: Add Dry Ingredients
Add sifted dry ingredients to banana mixture. Mix until combined. Do not overmix.
Step 7: Add Mixture to Muffin Tins
Full soufflé cups halfway with banana bread mixture. Place the cups in a muffin tin.
Step 8: Place in Oven
Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes.
Step 9: Finished!
