Introduction: Banana Chips Recipe With Philips Airfryer
Banana chips are very famous in South India especially Kerela banana chips are very famous and is a perfect snack for tea time. We have tried the healthier version of this deep fried snack by backing the banana chips in airfryer. The outcome was great.

Ingredients:
Raw Banana – 3-4 pcs
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Oil -1 tsp
Method:
1. Peel the bananas and keep aside. Prepare a mixture of water, turmeric powder and salt. Cut slices of banana in this mixture. It will prevent the bananas to turn black and also will give nice yellow colour. Keep bananas soaked in this mixture for 5 -10 min. Drain the water and dry the chips.
2. Apply little oil on chips to avoid sticking of banana chips in Airfryer. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Airfry the chips for 15 min at 180 degrees. Add salt and chat masala.
3. Store it in airtight jar and serve immediately.

I own a Philips AirFryer and use it often to enjoy French Fries, Fried Plantains, Chicken Wings, Chicken Fried Steak, Homemade Sweet Potato Tater Tots, you name it! IT'S AMAZING! Everybody should have one! Just saying...

I agree. I have both the Phillips XL and the Power Air Fryer Oven. Wondered how I ever lived without them.
