Introduction: Banana Chocolate Muffin
I just made it today! You'll definitely love it!
You'll need:
(dry ingredients)
1 cup (200 grams) granulated white sugar
1 cup (130 grams) all-purpose flour
1/3 cup (35 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder (regular or Dutch-processed)
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
(wet ingredients):
1 large egg
1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 1 medium sized banana)
1/2 cup (120 ml) warm water
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) canola, corn, or vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients

Step 2: After Mixing

Step 3: Prepare the Wet Ingredients
1 large egg

1/2 cup (120 ml) warm water
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) canola, corn, or vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Step 4: After Mixing the Wet&dry Ingredients
After mixing the wet&dry ingredients
*make sure it is even*
Step 5: Prepare Cupcake Paper & Ice Cream Scoop
Prepare cupcake paper & ice cream scoop
by using an ice cream scoop , it helps you to pour the mixing into the paper cups easily =>
Step 6: Scoop the Mixing
Pour or scoop the batter into the muffin cups, about 3/4 full, and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Step 7: Bake It
Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Step 8: Done!!!

I just baked these up and they're absolutely delicious! I didn't notice a baking temperature, but 350 seemed to work just fine! Thank you for sharing!

Oh I so want to try this! I love banana flavored anything and with with chocolate I bet these are to die for! I would love to frost them so I could have Monkey Muffins . I'm not sure how kosher it is to frost a muffin, but it would be so yummy! BTW, I laughed hard at your "it is not too sweet & suitable of elders" love it!

My grandpa has diabetes , he cant take sweet stuff.
I am glad he loves my muffin , as he said : '' not to sweet '' =>

Ah! That makes total sense actually! I was thinking about these, I think I must be hungry and one could still make them monkeys with cream cheese if they wanted to. I am going to make some tho, just like you did and give them a try, truth is I don't like super sweet stuff myself!
