I believe in giving credit where it is due. So thank you fellow foodie. It's because of this instructable that sparked my interest in making homemade ice cream albeit yours having no cream. I found dozens of recipes like yours, take bananas, blend em, freeze em, and BAM frozen banana treat.

It was so appealing that I bought an ice cream container, scoop and even an electric hand mixer just to make this, kid you not! I bought some bananas, had some heavy cream already handy, and added some sugar since my bananas surprisingly took forever to brown.

I shall make an instructable of my own for the next batch since I made this one posthaste.

Thank you once again.
Works great with watermelon too (or almost any melon)! And you can reverse the process (and add a bit of water) to make frozen popsicles!

This is definitely a good ice cream. We make it all the time. However, I like to use a food processor – you get it firmer (like soft ice) that way.

This looks so good! I will definitely have to try it!

Thank you very much, the chocolate one was my favourite :P

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thank you very much.
