Introduction: Banana Milkshake

This is a very tasty, simple, light, sugar-free snack for all ages to enjoy!!

Step 1: Supplies

Ingredients:

Milk

1 Banana

Cinnamon(optional)

Banana to Milk ratio(you can adjust this ratio to fit your tastes):

Small banana = 2/3 cup milk

Medium - Large banana = 1 cup milk

Supplies:

A blender

Step 2: Blend & Enjoy!!!

Put the banana, milk, and cinnamon(optional) in the blender and blend away!
