Introduction: Barbie House
1 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" plywood, wood glue, 1" finishing nails, scrap carpet or vinyl flooring, stones for fireplace, 3/4" flat trim for window edges, 1/8" thick Plexiglas for windows 3' long piano hinge, small wood screws for hinge file ends of screws that protruded, paint for exterior and interior. Built this in 1978 as a Santa project for my 2 daughters.The chimney is a scrap piece of wood with 1/2" copper pipe for flues. Some pieces of 1/4" dowel for clothes rods and wire hangers made from hangers.
Base 28.5" (hinge in middle, x 24" wide, 39" high peak, roof panels 18"x26".
