Introduction: Basic Jell-O Shots

Ingredients:

  • 2 C Vodka
  • 1 6 oz Jell-O packet (flavor of your choice)
  • 2 C Water
  • 1 package of 3 oz plastic cups or 2 oz multi-purpose mini cups with lids
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • Spoon or Whisk
  • Liquid measuring cup

*recommended: 2 oz Diamond Multi-Purpose Mini-Cups with Lids from Walmart

Step 1: Boil Water

Boil the 2 cups of water either in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl or on a burner..

Step 2: Pour Jell-O Packet and Water Into Large Mixing Bowl and Stir Until Dissolved

Should just look like colored water at this point

Step 3: Pour Vodka Into Jell-O Mixture and Mix Well

Step 4: Set Out Plastic Cups on a Flat Surface

Warning: Place paper towels under the cups to prevent staining the counter

Step 5: Pour Mixture Into Plastic Cups Until Each Is 3/4 Full

Step 6: Place Finished Shots in the Fridge and Let Set for 4 or More Hours

Tip: place all the shots on a cookie sheet before putting them in the fridge

Step 7: Once the Jell-O Is Set, Serve and Enjoy!
