Intro: 3D Printed Bat Mustaches Using MakerBot

I mustache you a question. Can you grow a good, thick mustache?

If not, here's the solution.... an attachable batstache!

Making them is really easy. All you need is the download from Thingiverse, a digital design sharing website, and a Makerbot.

You can be wearing your batstache in no time by following these four steps:

1. Download the batstache file.
2. Open the file and send to your Makerbot.
3. Wait for it to print and set.
4. Take out of the MakerBot and wear!

And what's great about them is that you don't have to shave it off!

You can actually open an SVG file in 123D Design online version: (http://apps.123dapp.com/design/). From there, just set the depth of the batstache, and then save to your Gallery, where you can then use the "3D Print from Home" button to send it directly to MakerWare, or download the STL.
What do you open it with?? ReplicatorG doesn't seem to take svg's...
Hahah! Cool! It kind of looks like a nose ring too!
I wish I could grow a mustache.
