Intro: Be Mine Cherry Treats

The fun thing about Valentines Day is that it inspires creativity to give that 'gift that truly comes from the heart'.

This is a rich but light, quick and easy treat to prepare that delights everyone young and old alike. It is safe and easy enough to make for young children or the bumbling wannabe cook with a big heart.

Almost like Cheesecake, fluffy like a Mousse it is appetizing to both the eye, satisfying
to the pallette and makes a nice dessert or late night snack to keep those sweet cravings
in cheque.

For those who are diabetic, fat, transfat conscious or just watching their weight change all the
ingredients to sugar free, fat free, low fat or low carb products - it tastes great either way!
