Introduction: Beef Stuffed Puff Pastry Borek Recipe



1 portion puff pastry

400g minced beef

1 onion

1 egg

2 spoons sesame

1,5 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon oregano

Step 1: The Filling

Cut the tomatoes in pieces. Fry the beef with a bit oil in a hot pan and stir a few minutes. Add the onions, paprika, oregano, salt & pepper. Fry everything till the onions are golden.

Step 2: Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it in pieces. Place a bit filling on it and wrap the dough around it. Close the bag with a fork and place it on baking paper. Brush the bags with egg yolk.

Step 3: Finish

Scatter a bit sesame on top on put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
