Hey momoluvers it's momo! Today I'll be showing y'all how to make this yummy sponge cake that is to die for! I used to take my recipes offline and tweak it but this is my first 100% momo original! And I'm proud to say that 'cause I know y'all will love it!

Step 1: Ingredients

1- 1/4 cup flour
2- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
3- 3 tbsp brown sugar
4- 2 tbsp milk
5- 1 tbsp butter
6- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
7- 1 egg
8- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Step 2: Combine Them Sweets!

Take the flour and the brown/granulated sugars and combine them well in a bowl

Step 3: Make It Moist

Now add in the milk...

Step 4: Everyone's Favorite...

Melt the butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Mix it in with the rest of the ingredients

Step 5: Now It's a Party!

Add the egg in

Step 6: Sweetness<3

Now take the vanilla and pour it in. You don't have to use 1/4 teaspoon, if you don't quite fancy vanilla, use 1/8 teaspoon

Step 7: A Mug- Not Just for Coffee Anymore!

Mix all the ingredients with a spoon (I use a fork because it helps combine the egg in, but if a fork suits you better, use it) and pour the batter into a greased mug

Step 8: Bake That Puppy Up!

Put the cake in the microwave for about 60 seconds.

If the cake is still a bit soggy the put it in for another 10 seconds. Keep doing this until you get your desired consistency.

Step 9: Finish!

And that's all you have to do! If you have an intense craving for a sweet treat that satisfies, turn to this recipe! If you haven't already, follow me, become a member of the farm family and give a cow it's wings! Love y'all •_£

Yes, sorry if that wasn't clear;)

Interesting. I've never tried baking a cake in the microwave. Great for a quick last minute dessert. =)

Hey, I just went back to copy your recipe and noticed that you have 1/8 tsp baking soda on the ingredients list, but you don't mention it in the instructions. I assume it goes in with the dry ingredients at the beginning?
