Bib Necklace

I love statement jewellery, so i created one using an old skirt! I made three flowers from the skirt. There are lots of different flowers to do with fabric or ribbon. I placed them on the skirt to see how they would look. Cut the fabric and glued them with hot glue. I got a piece of chain and sewed it onto the back of the flowers. I used a washer and rhinestones to decorate the flowers!
